About The Convention
Welcome Dear Friends,
We the committee would like to extend a warm welcome to you all to the 19thInternational“Convention Near the Waves” here in Kovalam Kerala, India. Our program of recovery will be our guidelines at all meetings.
Main Sessions in English (Local language meeting as per requirement)
Speaker, Beach, Early Bird, Marathon, Newcomer Meetings, Al Anon participation and more……. Many come back each year since the convention’s conception.
The whole aim of this convention is to convey the message of recovery. Our candlelight beach meeting is open sharing, and may you find something special in this to take home with you. Old timer’s and young timer’s fill the rest of the program, with a variety of topics all pertaining to permanent sobriety. The last session on Sunday afternoon will give those in early recovery an opportunity to share and we will conclude with musical entertainment. A spiritual climax to a great weekend.
